New addition to Speciality & Fine Food Fair

The organisers of London’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair have unveiled a new section at this year’s show – the Speciality Chocolate Fair.

The new section will provide a platform for manufacturers, transformers and chocolatiers to showcase their products to UK and international buyers.

In addition to the Fair, the show's Fine Food Forum will be running chocolate talks and demonstrations throughout the three day programme.

Exhibitors will include The Chocolate Empire, which is a family-run business based in Brighton, specialising in making gourmet and hand-produced organic chocolates, and Demarquette Fine Chocolates, who specialises in the production and sale of luxury hand-made chocolates made by British Chocolatier Marc Demarquette.

Ooh La la Chocolaterie will also be showcasing their new product range called 'ten Tea Truffles' – available in flavours such as Earl Grey, Jasmine, Green Tea and White Tea.

And No Nuts…Just Chocolate will be offering Dammenberg allergy-friendly chocolates including nut-free, gluten-free, egg-free and Kosher with dark chocolates. Soya-free, sugar-free and Fairtrade products will also be available.

The fair will be kicking off from 7-9 September at Olympia Exhibition Centre.
