Bladen hunts for the big cheese in foodservice

Bladen cheese is inviting chefs to battle it out to be this year’s big cheese in foodservice.

Entrants must submit their best recipe that uses Bladen cheese before the 12 September closing date by visiting www.the-big-cheese.co.uk. The website will provide information from recipes and ideas on how to profit from cheese to nutrition and hints and tips on cooking and preparation.

The winning chef will not only become Bladen's Big Cheese but will also earn themselves £1,000 and a development chef for the day to help them with their business.

Bladen has been providing award winning cheeses, butter and spreads for over 40 years to chefs which include cheddars of every variety from mild to mature coloured, Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, Mozzarella and Monterey Jack.
