A MenuMasters Award is a unique foodservice accolade, designed to recognise and reward the cream of the crop of food and menu developers across all sectors - from foodservice to retail.

Ten categories have been specifically selected to take into account the ever changing out of home marketplace.

Whichever sector you represent, if your menu is judged the most outstanding within its category, you will be off to Chicago, as part of the Dewberry Redpoint study tour to the largest hospitality exhibition in the world - The National Restaurant Association Show.

The five-day tour will be packed full of invaluable learning and networking opportunities as you will take in all the latest innovations at the exhibition, make a number of behind-the-scenes visits to the city's top dining venues and experience the Windy City, Dewberry Redpoint style.

In addition you will attend the MenuMasters Award Presentation Lunch, where you will be awarded this prestigious accolade.
