Short cookery course: Fish and Seafood 1 Day

10th July 2009, University of Brighton, School of Service Management, Culinary Arts Studio, Greynore 2, Darley Road, Eastbourne BN20 7UR

This one day course starts at 9.15am and finish's at 4.30pm. The day includes a morning demonstration followed by a lively lunch time tasting session and concludes with an afternoon of hands on cookery. The cost is £35 for the morning only and £85 for the full day.

The two day course allow's for more indepth skill development running from 11.15am - 5pm on the first day and 9.30am to 4.30pm on the second day. The course includes a mix of demonstration and hands on cookery with lunch and refreshments provided both days. The cost of the two day course is £175 (without accommodation).

National Eisteddfod

2nd-9th August, Cardiff
